Training needs analysis

Working with establishments to identify weaknesses and advising on up-skilling and training solutions for these, delivery and co-ordination of same. 

• Business start-up support, business planning; menu planning; standards training, jobs creation, development of employment and self-employment initiatives;
• Training and mentoring support provided for entrepreneurs, managers of newly privatised businesses as well as developers of private sector tourism initiatives;
• Supporting entrepreneurship, strengthening  SMEs, business planning processes, operational reviews.
